As you are buying online and have not seen the product, we will honor refunds on unused and undamaged products in there original undamaged packaging.
We ask that if you have concerns regarding any product to contact us within 7 days of receipt.
If your item has been damaged in transit or had a manufacturing fault then please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return postage policy:
- Unwanted items: Postage to be paid by customer
- Damaged / Items Sent In Error: Postage will be covered by Drinkwaters. This will be at our discression and we will only refund upto the cost of the original postage.
UK mainland postage is £6 per order and we use a mixture of the following methods dependent on the items being sent.
- Standard 48 hour Parcel Force / Royal Mail, with proof of postage retained by Drinkwaters
- UPS standard service
Most products are sent out on a Monday, Thursday or Friday as these are our office opening days. If there is going to be a delay with shipping we will notify you via email to give you the option to proceed or cancel the order with a full refund.

We do not accept any liability of loss through the postage system, where proof of postage can be demonstrated. If the item you would like does not offer a tracked and signed service but you would like one – please contact us for a price.
